Post Ceremony Drinks and Canapés

After your ceremony, our staff will greet guests with any drinks and canapés that you have selected. Guests can then mingle in our functions bar and relax in and explore the gardens whilst you are having your photographs taken.

Wedding Breakfast

The Vaux Room which is situated on the 1st floor is a stunning period room, flanked by 5 large picture windows that overlook the rear gardens of the Hall.

The room can comfortably seat up to 80 guests, including a top table, for a wedding breakfast (we can seat another 18 in our adjoining Presidents room or this room could be used as a children’s room). Toilet facilities are found also on this floor and there is a lift available.

The room will be decorated by our dedicated team using decorations that you have provided. This ensures that your wedding breakfast room is unique to you.

All glassware, cutlery, crockery and linen (in stock colour of buttermilk) is included in your Hall hire.

The Evening Function

We are able to cater for up to 150 guests (total) in the evening. Finger Buffets, Pulled Pork/Hog Roasts  are all available.

We are able to offer wider use of the downstairs part of the Hall at night, thus offering the use of our 2 Bars, Lounge areas, and Leather and Committee rooms along with the Dance Floor that is situated in the Lounge Bar. Guests are also free to continue to use the gardens.

Due to the out of town location of the Hall we provide a 2-person security team during the evening.  Guests are able to leave cars in the car parks overnight (at their own risk).

Marquee Option 

In the month of June the club erects a framed marquee on its lawns for a period of 3 weekends. The marquee has a self contained bar and dance area and is capable of hosting a wedding breakfast for up 200 people seated on round tables of 8 or 10 place settings.

Although the marquee is available each year during the month of June, we are also able to provide the marquee facility by special arrangement at any time throughout the year, specifically placed in the grounds for your special day.

Food and Drinks

Your wedding day food will be prepared on site by our executive chef using the highest quality ingredients to create spectacular dishes that you will be proud to have served to your guests. We are happy to cater for any guests with special dietary needs.

All of our wines are selected from a local wine merchant and are of the highest quality.
